Return & Refund Policy – Hand Wash & All-Purpose Cleaner

Due to the nature of personal care and cleaning products, Hand Wash and All-Purpose Cleaners are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.

Eligible Returns

A return or replacement may be accepted only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged, leaked, or broken at the time of delivery
• The product received is incorrect or expired

Return Conditions

• The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or partially used products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
• Requests raised after the allowed reporting period

Refunds & Replacements

• Approved cases will receive a replacement or store credit, as applicable
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
