Submission of a distributor, dealer, or bulk order inquiry form does not constitute a legally binding commercial contract or grant territorial exclusivity. Commercial terms, credit periods, and supply agreements are finalized exclusively through formal written contracts signed by authorized representatives of CLEANKIND.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Madhya Pradesh, India.
